Featuring beautifully maintained landscaped grounds, Belgian-designed Soleil d'Asie Residence is your perfect extended-stay home on the tropical island of Koh Samui for furnished rentals just minutes from the island's main road and the famous Chaweng Noi Beach.
The Residence consists of just 10 family-friendly holiday rental units within two 3-story buildings surrounding the lush courtyard and outdoor pool and jacuzzi.
The Residence is located on a quiet gently-sloped cul-de-sac road in a tropical coconut grove just 300 metres (5 minutes walk) from Chaweng Noi Beach and the island's main road, where it is easy to get a taxi or songthaew. Guests can enjoy various activities in the surroundings, including golfing, snorkeling, diving and hiking. Motorbike/car rental, tour bookings, and restaurants are available directly next door to the Residence.
Energetic beach clubs and full-service upscale resorts are just a few minutes walk away from the Residence. Chaweng Viewpoint with breathtaking views is 700 metres from the property. Samui's lively two main towns of Chaweng and Lamai are both within a 10 minute drive, as is the world-class Bangkok Hospital Samui. Central Festival and Tesco Lotus shopping malls and Major Cineplex Theatres are all within 15 minutes by car. Samui Airport is just 6 km from the property.
Our fully furnished two-bedroom townhouses, one-bedroom apartments, and a spacious two-bedroom penthouse all feature living room seating areas, flat-screen TV with satellite channels and DVD player, a kitchen equipped with a microwave, toaster, refrigerator and hot water kettles, private bathrooms with shower and hairdryer, and individual balconies or terraces. High speed Fiber Optic WiFi is free throughout the property.
