High season is 16 December - 30 April, and 1 July to 31 August.
Low season is 1 May to 30 June, and 1 September to 15 December.

Poolside 1-Bedroom Apartment: High season = 2400 THB / Low season = 2000 THB
Midlevel 1-Bedroom Apartment: High season = 2200 THB / Low season = 1800 THB
Optional extras: rollaway bed = 500 THB/night, baby cot = 400 THB/night

DIRECT BOOKING POLICIES
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. For online bookings on our website, the deposit must be paid via PayPal. If you wish to pay the deposit by bank transfer or Western Union, please email us instead to place a booking. The remaining balance for all bookings is payable upon check-in by Thai baht cash, Visa or Mastercard.
Cancellations 7 days or less before check-in will incur a charge for the full balance. Cancellations more than 7 days before check-in will incur the loss of the deposit. Modifications to shorten stays are not possible without incurring the full original booking charge.
Electricity cost is not included in the room rate and is charged for your actual usage at 7.5 THB/kWh (average is 45-60 THB daily).
A 3000 THB cash security deposit is required at check-in, and is returned to you at checkout minus any damage fees.
Towel changes and light housekeeping are performed twice weekly. Linens are changed once weekly. All booking totals include a 500 THB service charge for final cleaning.
